Using OverYap
Use OverYap lawfully, respectfully, and only for communications you are permitted to make. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the content you transmit.
Voice and recordings
When you use Push to Talk, your voice may be delivered live and stored temporarily for Rewind. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to recording, consent, privacy, and communications in your location.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in content you create. You allow OverYap to process, transmit, store, and delete that content as necessary to operate the service and the features you choose to use.
Safety
Do not use OverYap to harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, expose private information, distribute illegal material, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access when needed to protect users or the service.
Not an emergency service
OverYap is not an emergency, dispatch, medical, life-safety, or guaranteed communications service. Do not rely on it for emergency assistance or safety-critical communication.
Availability
OverYap may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable because of networks, devices, maintenance, third-party services, or other technical conditions. Features and retention limits may change as the product evolves.
Ending use
You may stop using OverYap at any time and may delete your account from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot restore deleted Radios or recordings.
